Heidi-Mai Warren MSc PCC CPCC
As a Certified Life and Career Coach I support clients through challenging life and career decisions, with either personalised Life Coaching sessions, or a more structured 12-week Career Transition Programme.
Currently based in Dubai and with the benefit of modern technology, I work with men and women residing in the Middle East, UK, US and further afield. The one thing my clients have in common is that, despite being successful, they find themselves in a place of transition, feeling stuck, overwhelmed and unsure about what to do next in their personal lives or professional careers.

I help mid-career professionals navigate their next career steps, empowering them to do work they truly enjoy.
The journey to finding meaningful work is both complex and deeply personal. Career choices are often influenced by various aspects of life, especially in the mid-career stage. While our career direction may evolve over time, it’s essential to make informed decisions when considering the next step.
I support professionals who are unsure where to begin their career transition, particularly those facing challenges such as:
A lack of challenge or growth
A desire for deeper meaning or purpose
Feeling stuck in their current role
A need for more flexibility and autonomy
Uncertainty around the next career direction
My coaching style is offering a space where the client can have a deeper self-reflection and learning.

I help mid-senior level people in the corporate world get clearer on who they are and what they really want in life, and then coach them as they make it a reality. I also work with forward-thinking organisations who wish to retain their talented employees and harness their renewed energy and ideas to boost the organisation’s social/environmental impact.
I'm firm and supportive. I gained a strong understanding of the corporate world working for Accenture for 18 years in Paris and London. A recent coaching client told me that I have a “serene calm energy”, and am “passionate but not in-your-face gushy!”. There were moments where they felt “uncomfortable but supported”, and the result was that they experienced a number of shifts, concluding “It was way more powerful than I thought it would be. I’ve always said ‘it will all be OK’. Now I believe it”.

I offer bespoke executive coaching both face-to-face and remotely in central London, and internationally for Board Directors, Partners of Professional Service Firms, Senior Leaders and their Teams. Typically, I work with individuals at a point of personal or professional transition: newly promoted leaders; executives returning to work after extended absence or at a point of inflection where there are signs of a pattern of declining leadership/managerial performance.
I normally start with an assessment tool which enables me to tailor my approach to you and your situation. I draw on my learning and development background and business and coaching experience to meet you at your level, challenge you to move beyond your comfort zone in order to help you succeed.

Liz Taplin
Liz is a full-time life coach serving the teaching profession, where she loves working with clients asking the big questions such as ‘What should I do with my life?’ The majority of her current work focuses on supporting teachers who are seeking career-change. With forty years of teaching experience across all age sectors (including leadership and teacher training) and having trained with some of the world’s leading coaching organisations, Liz is well-placed to serve her audience. And in addition, she has had her own experience of leaving teaching (twice!).
Liz embraces her spirit of adventure with a playful yet common-sense approach. This serves her clients well as they are often feeling anxious, guilty and lost when it comes to leaving a profession they thought they would spend their working lifetime in. Just as the Firework programme suggests, Liz takes her clients on a journey from them being a passive bystander in their life to becoming an intrepid explorer who seizes the day.

Contact me when you don't want to spend any more time looking at job ads and feeling disheartened. The jobs you're qualified for, you're not really interested in and the ones you ARE interested in, you're not really qualified for.
You've been thinking about a career change for a while (maybe years!) but you've no idea what else you can - or want to do. You might not even be 100% sure you want to make a change.
I was a psychology teacher and academic for 13 years before I made a change so I understand what it's like.
I'd no problem gathering information but I struggled to bring it all together into a realistic career option and a concrete plan.
That's why I trained as a Firework coach on top of my initial coach training: I wanted to provide a step-by-step, doable approach to career change at midlife. Firework's well-established framework, tools and techniques mean I can provide my clients with next-level support.

All aspects of business, personal and behavioral coaching. I work across all sectors with a mix of gender and role/position in the organisation.
As a career coach I can help you to create the working life that you really want. I work with a wide range of individuals, ranging from those just starting out in the workplace, through returners to the work, to those who are looking for more career satisfaction.
My coaching style is collaborative. I provide a calm and constructive coaching environment in which you will feel at ease and together we can identify your strengths and passions to create a career you will love. We will look at barriers and create a road-map that will take you from where you are now to where you want to be.
How we work together will be led by you; we can work within a structured programme or take a more flexible approach.
