Lindsay Wittenberg

London

I coach for development and transformation. I take psychological and systemic approaches, and aim to enable lasting change by going beyond what presents on the surface so that my clients achieve the results they want with confidence. My coaching approach is characterised by: a belief in the client’s potential; building on strengths; the importance of the coach-client relationship and the trust inherent in that; focus on the here and now through awareness and mindfulness (moment-to-moment awareness of one’s experience, with no judgment); a holistic perspective; and a creative, experimental attitude. My clients speak of me as challenging and supportive, caring and tough, dynamic and deep, positive, warm and insightful.

I coach people who are mid-career and don't know how they want to spend the next 20 years of their working life. Most of my clients have lost their confidence, struggle to articulate the value they bring as an employee and can't readily identify their transferable skills. With a background in professional services I particularly love supporting people in law and accounting firms. I also want to help small businesses where a career path is not as obvious so love hearing from people in that world.

My approach to coaching is rooted in the belief that with enough space and guided support, you have the answers to what you need within yourself.

Our relationship will be collaborative, to help you identify your strengths, uncover limiting beliefs, and develop practical strategies.

Jessica Farrell

London

I specialise in creative leadership, team and career development. I work primarily with leaders and managers in the creative industries, having spent the first 18 years of my own career working in creative, media and technology companies.

My special interests lie in supporting leaders and teams navigating high pressure and fast changing environments, managing challenging relationships and stress. We might focus on developing self awareness and calibrating your impact, managing energy and priorities, maintaining confidence and resilience or work/life balance.

Clients often come to me at a turning point in their career - planning a new direction, a promotion and increased responsibility, navigating peak delivery time, leading a new team or leading organisational changes.

Becky Kilsby

Exeter (UK) and via Skype or Zoom calls for other locations

As a qualified career practitioner with experience in the UK and Dubai, I coach professionals who have reached a natural hiatus in their career, especially women returning to paid employment after a break, expats in transition to new locations, and 'escapees' wanting to explore a second or third more fulfilling career direction. I've developed 3 successful careers over 3 decades and across 2 continents, so I understand change and how to re-design life to match how we evolve over time.

As a career change coach I'm approachable, creative and focused. With a positive and global outlook, I love helping clients ignite their values, recognise their achievements and purpose to re-design the life and work in which they can thrive.

Jonas Berends

Belgium, Antwerp & Brussels areas

I coach IT staff who venture into management positions, staff working in the financial sector (banks mostly), plus employees considering self-employment. I coach in Dutch (mother tongue), English and French. I love to coach outdoors (running or walking).

Do you know that feeling that you just can't put your finger on it? We will work in ways that allow you to put that finger in the exact right spot, and we'll do so in a trusting, safe and fiercely courageous space.

I am calm, intuitive, challenging and direct. I expect hard work from my clients so they can make the most of our sessions and move forward in their careers.

Shaen Milward

I’m a HCPC registered healthcare professional with extensive experience across the NHS, third sector, and not-for-profit sectors. I know first-hand how it feels to be stuck, burnt out, or unsure what you really want. I made a major career change in my twenties and now run my own business—so I understand the emotional and practical realities of navigating change, managing uncertainty, and redefining your path.

I hold a Postgraduate Certificate in Coaching and Mentoring and have taught coaching and mentoring skills at Master’s level. I’ve also worked with colleagues in a range of coaching and mentoring contexts, supporting professionals to gain clarity, reconnect with their values, and take action and change their career path.

I bring a grounded, relational approach to coaching. I’ve done the work myself—and now I help others do the same. If you're ready to reimagine your career, I offer structured support, honest reflection, and meaningful accountability to help you move forward.
